Medical Imaging Software Engineer (all genders)

Your Role

What you will do

Develop new algorithms for medical imaging analysis that simplify clinicians’ work
Improve the accuracy and robustness of the existing algorithms to bring our solutions to a new level
Participate in the full software development life cycle including design, development, testing, and maintenance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, clinical teams, and other software engineers to design and implement new features
Analyze data, generate reports, write specifications and work on other project deliverables

Your Skills

Apply immediately if you can offer

Professional experience in software development with python (e.g numpy, scipy, pandas, skimage, scikit-learn, etc)
Masters degree in computer science, mathematics or physics
Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail
Self-organized working style and ability to adapt to changing requirements and situations

Bonus Qualifications

You get bonus points for

Hands-on experience with DICOM medical data standards
Experience of working in a regulated environment (e.g. MDR, IEC 62304, GDPR)
Completed software projects for math-heavy applications
Experience with any of these technologies/frameworks: Flask, FastAPI, Vue.js, AWS, ELK-stack, GCP
